A project I started an age ago but have just got around to finishing - a large cross-sticthed Mario mushroom.

I have a smaller version as well, and sized up to embellish a canvas bag that I have.

The weave isn't quite square, so its taller than it should be, but I think its a nice funky addition to my shopping bag. I've also mapped out a few other 8-bit Mario characters - they really suit a cross-stitch, so this may become a theme.
